Who are we?

5 Feb 2010 by roemertj, Comments Off

The UC Skydiving Club has a long history, albeit with interruptions. In 2008 it was resurrected and has been steadily growing since then. Currently, the club runs several information meetings and ‘Dropout-Days’ at the dropzone. It also organizes a day long Skydiving 101 event in Spring Quarter, where attendees can learn everything they need to know to make their first skydive. The club’s goal is to excite students enough to become licensed skydivers and continue to grow the sport at the University of Cincinnati. Improving safety through education and training, and helping students grow to be mature and responsible members of their skydiving family and the larger community are central to the clubs activities. Just remember, IT’S SKYDIVING!!! Anything and everything we do is a lot of fun!
